10. Train your referrals for Unofficial Recruiters as long as they don’t understand the procedure. It’s very important to train your new referrals and give them a push and fair chance to start well off.

11. Explain them importance of upgrading either buying or earning it. Explain your referrals and already existing Members how important is upgrade and what difference does it make. You also earn from every trained Member that upgrades so it pays off.

12. They should upgrade in shortest possible time (a day or two) to get maximum potential. They should upgrade immediately or at least as soon as possible for them. If they really don’t have money or they are from the locations where is impossible to pay they can earn it but otherwise they should buy the upgrade and earn it back in the same day.

Explain them how upgrade works even if they buy upgrade they get immediately reimbursed in their account as soon as they click on Verify button. The upgrade is just to show how serious they are and they are not really paying for upgrade but just deposit it to withdraw it with Instant Pay.

13. Check on your first level referrals and encourage them to work hard and treat recruiting like a job. You have to train your referrals and potential Unofficial Recruiters that they should treat recruiting like a job and not like an opportunity. It takes 2+ hours per day and it pays well, but for the time you are working you should really do the work and not just browse the internet and feel like you are working because it’s not the same.
