The Buyer-Contractor will rate the performance of the seller (talent) within 48 hours of completion of an assignment. If the rating is favorable all monies collected, less administrative fees and/or any affiliate commissions, will be released to the seller. If, however, the rating is unfavorable no monies will be released until the Celoy Talents staff reviews the issue. If the unfavorable rating has merit the task will be cancelled and seller will not be paid. The money held by Celoy Talents will be refunded to the buyer, less a 5% administration and processing fee. You may not earn commissions from own product/services, or any purchases you make.

If, however, after an assignment is completed the contractor has not rated the completed job within 48 hours all funds will be released to the seller by default. Our fees are miniscule compared to what similar companies charge for their services. Activation is a one-time fee of just $2.95 for Pro Members and $5.95 for regular members. Our service fee of 15% for Pro Members and 20% for regular members includes service, administration and advertising costs. This fee is deducted from the amount paid by your contractor.

You can sell your talent, short offering services that are illegal and/or immoral. All you need to do is to is to click on “Sell your Talent” and select the skill and category, then you type a catchy title, description, and instructions to the contractor, as well as the time you need to complete the service, service fee, commission rate, and, finally, click the submit button.
